1. Being in High Frequency Energy
High frequency energies are energies that align with higher truth based on love and connection.
These high vibrational energies include: gratitude, appreciation, love, openness, positivity, presence, acceptance, kindness, compassion, peace, trust, joy, forgiveness, connection, surrender, happiness, vitality, encouragement, inspiration, creativity, contentment, harmony, balance and flow.
When you approach life from this positive energy, you raise your overall frequency (because this is the frequency of higher truth) and so you begin to have more positive experiences. You start to experience more miracles, change, enlightenment, synchronicity and your life starts to connect and flow in the most beautiful ways.
2. Connect to Life in a Childlike Way!
Embrace your childlike nature! Don't let social norms hold you back! Be curious! Be adventurous! Be open! Be creative! Be creative! And don't be afraid to get your hands dirty!
Instead of staying inside and watching TV, go play games! :)
Have a picnic, climb a tree, smell the flowers, swim, build something, design something, paint, write a story, try something new, go on a spontaneous adventure, explore the world, be curious about different cultures and try to learn from EVERYTHING you come into contact with! Stay OPEN to life!
3. Give to someone else without expecting anything in return
Give to others just for the sake of giving.
When we give selflessly to others or do something good for others by nature's beautiful design, WE feel good too. We are really very beautifully created .
Do beautiful things for people because . You can show kindness in the smallest, most subtle and easiest ways. Just smile at others. Say hello to strangers. Listen to what people have to say. Respond with love.
Be friendly. Hold the door open for people, compliment others, be thoughtful, tell your family and friends you love them, send random heartfelt messages to people, and make people feel good about themselves.
4. Practice Present Moment Awareness
This means not letting your thoughts take center stage, but instead being conscious of what you are doing, saying and thinking. We all have tendencies that get the best of us when we're not paying attention to them. They sort of kick in and take control.
For example, if you have a tendency to be angry and you're not aware that you're angry, then you naturally react to things with anger. But if you become aware of your anger, you can transform your reaction into something more effective and positive.
You can do this by reshaping your mindset and focusing on praising instead of criticizing, appreciating instead of complaining, forgiving instead of blaming, accepting instead of resenting, and enjoying instead of wanting more.
Awareness of the present moment is very important. This means not only paying attention to yourself, but also to your surroundings. Being awake and focused and responding to what's going on around you from a conscious place rather than from an unconscious and conditioned place. Do things with intention and choice rather than blindly going on autopilot.
5. Change your language
Pay attention to the words and sentences you use. Is the nature of your language beautiful? If you heard yourself in a normal conversation, would it sound positive? Is your language empowering? How is your tone of voice? How is your body language? How do you express yourself and is it the most accurate reflection of what you want to say, how you want it to look and who you are?
Again, we have certain tendencies that emerge without us even realizing it. The way we speak and express ourselves is one of them. And this is a big thing.
Go ahead and record yourself having a conversation with a friend one day. Try not to pay attention to the camera and try not to be perfect. Just be normal and then watch the recording and observe yourself. Don't judge or criticize yourself, just witness the nature of your language. The words you use, your tone of voice, your body language, your facial expressions, etc. You can do this in your normal environment with constant awareness and observation of yourself (as in point 4) or you can have a friend tell you
